Tour Rate/Cost.

• ECONOMY CLASS: $3000  for a minimum of 20 pilgrims. (The above rates are based on two sharing in a 3 Star Hotel)
• Single-room supplements for the entire trip and business-class flight Tickets are available at an additional $800 and $1,335 respectively to pilgrims who wish to pay the difference.

Payments Schedule

Note: your initial deposit of 50% of the total sum for the Economy & Business Class Categories will be required at the submission of your documents.

The Terms & Conditions form and the Power of Attorney; if in agreement with the Terms & Conditions as will be sent to you on request, should be filled up & scanned back to us with the data page of your Int’l Passport and slip of deposit of $1500 or $2568 (Naira equivalence) representing half of the full amount of $3000 or $5,135 (Single room & Business Class Ticket) for this trip.

All Payments must be made latest six(6) weeks before departure time.

NOTE: (We accept payments in the naira equivalence of the current dollar rate at the time of payment)

Cancellation Policy

• Bookings canceled 30 days & less after the deposit is charged a 15% cancellation fee, while cancelation less than 30 days before the departure is a full penalty – no refund.
• Cancellations must be in writing and should be sent through our official email address.

1. Please keep in mind, that there will be no refund if you are denied a visa due to any false information submitted to us.
2. There will be a fifty (80) percent refund of the deposit after TravelSafe Global Tours and her Israeli partners have provided all required documents and concluded the process of visa applications, but your visa application is rejected or your visa is denied by Israel’s Ministry of Interior or Immigration services.
3. You will still be mandated to complete your payment should you, for any reason whatsoever, fail to be available to use your visa or to join the group tour after TravelSafe Global has successfully processed your traveling documents.
